Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Application and Acceptance of These Terms)

1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter, “Terms”) shall apply to all matters concerning the use of the website (hereinafter, “the Site”) operated by Dai Labs (hereinafter, “the Company”).

2. Users of the Site (hereinafter, “User” or “Users”) shall be deemed to have accepted all the contents of these Terms.

Article 2 (Privacy Policy)

The handling of Users’ personal and other information shall comply with the “Privacy Policy” separately established by the Company, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Users must review the Privacy Policy and agree to its contents before using the Site.

Article 3 (Service Content, Changes, and Suspension)

1. The Company may, at any time and at its discretion, change, add, or discontinue the services of the Site without prior notice to the User.

2. The Company may temporarily suspend or interrupt all or part of the Site’s services without prior notice to the User if any of the following events occur:

   • (1) When urgent inspection or maintenance of the computer system related to the Site is required.

   • (2) When an accident or failure occurs in computers, communication lines, or systems.

   • (3) When the operation of the Site becomes impossible due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, storm and flood damage, power outages, or other natural disasters.

   • (4) When the Company otherwise deems suspension or interruption necessary.

Chapter 2 Intellectual Property Rights and Information Handling

Article 4 (Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to all content (including, but not limited to, documents, videos, images, logos, programs, and other information) posted on the Site belong to the Company or to third parties who have licensed the use of such rights to the Company.

2. Except for the explicitly stated permissions in these Terms, the Site does not grant the User any rights based on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

Article 5 (Restrictions on Use of Copyrighted Works)

1. Users must not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, publish, or use any part or all of the Site’s content by any means beyond the scope of personal use.

Article 6 (Handling of Trademarks)

The Company’s product and service names, logos, etc., displayed on the Site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company. Other company names, product names, and service names are the trade names, trademarks, or registered trademarks of their respective owners and may not be used without the permission of the rights holder.

Chapter 3 Terms of Use

Article 8 (Prohibited Actions)

When using the Site, Users shall not engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following acts:

1. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.

2. Acts related to criminal activity.

3. Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights or interests included in the Site.

4. Acts that damage the honor or credibility of other Users, third parties, or the Company.

5. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site or may damage the Company’s credibility.

6. Unauthorized access or attempts to access the Site.

7. Acts for commercial purposes conducted through or in relation to the Site without the Company’s prior permission.

8. Transmitting or writing information that includes harmful computer programs or similar items.

Article 9 (Link Policy)

1. In principle, linking to the Site is unrestricted, and no prior notification is required for linking.

2. The base URL for linking should be the Site’s top page: “[Top Page URL]“.

3. The Company may request the removal of a link if the content of the website or the linking method is deemed to mislead others about the Company’s business or damage the Company’s credibility.

Article 10 (Recommended Environment and Security)

1. Users are recommended to use the latest versions of their device’s operating system and web browser for safer and more comfortable use of the Site.

2. The Site uses JavaScript to enhance User convenience. The Site may not display correctly if JavaScript is disabled.

3. The Site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol)/TLS for encrypted communication to protect User information.

Chapter 4 Disclaimer and Governing Law

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, suitability for a particular purpose, or safety of the Site’s content and information.

2. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages, including accidents in software or hardware, caused by the use of the Site.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to the use of the Site or the inability to use the Site.

Article 12 (Procedure for Amending These Terms)

1. The Company may, at any time and at its discretion, revise these Terms arbitrarily without prior notice to the User.

2. The revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after the revision of the Terms, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
